On FL Studio 12 64 bit however, Sylenth1 64 bit (your release) works fine and that seems to be the best solution. Therefore i had to use Sylenth1 32 bit, which failed. It came only as a 32 bit application i guess so I had to use it on my 64 bit machine and it worked. Regarding 32 / 64 bit: Yes, Im on Win 7 / Win 10 圆4 and used the old 32 bit Cubase 5 because i never had problems and it was the last available 'full' version of Cubase as far as I'm aware of. The skin issue only occured with a very old release that I used on my Win 7 machine, luckily there was no 'demo mode' bug.
